Today we planted our taro sprouts, there were around 3 different varieties of taro all ranging in size. Everyone in the group had an opportunity to plant their own taro "huli". The Huli is the part of the taro that you use to replant. As this was the first day, we do not have the heights of the taro plants, nor do we have any leaves. Generally, the larger hulis were planted in the back of the middle growbed and the largest hulis were planted in the back of the middle grow bed. The far left growbed has a variety of sizes.
